Your Genpower Generator is under warranty in the following cases;

• The Warranty Period starts from the date of product delivery and is 2 years or 1500 operating hours, whichever comes first.
•  The entire product, including all parts, is under our company's warranty.
•  If the product fails during the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the product is maximum 20 working days (This period is 30 days for abroad). This period starts from the date of notification of the product to the service station, or in case of absence of a service station, to one of the product seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer.
•  If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer can use one of the following rights in Article 11 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer;
•  Withdrawing from the contract,
•  Requesting a discount from the sales price,
•  Requesting a free repair,
•  Requesting the sold item to be replaced with a non-defective one.
•  If the consumer chooses the right to free repair from these rights, the seller is obliged to repair or have the goods repaired without any charge under any other name, such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name. The consumer can also use the right of free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, the manufacturer and the importer are jointly responsible for the exercise of this right by the consumer.
•  In case that the consumer uses the right to free repair, if it is determined with a report by the authorized service station, dealer, manufacturer or importer that
•  It fails again within the warranty period,
•  The maximum time required for repair is exceeded,
•  Its repair is not possible, then the consumer may request from the seller a refund of the price of the goods, a reduction in the rate of faults or, if possible, replacement of the goods with a non-defective one. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. If this request is not fulfilled, the seller, the manufacturer and the importer are jointly and severally liable.
•  The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place of residence or the consumer transaction, in case of disputes that may arise regarding the exercise of his/her rights arising from the warranty.
•  In case this Warranty Certificate is not given by the seller, the consumer can apply to the Ministry of Customs and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.

 Your Genpower Generator is not under warranty in the following cases;

•  The user has to have all periodic maintenance of the product done regularly and on time as specified in the "Operating and Maintenance Manual". The warranty will be void in case any of these maintenances are not done, non-standard oil and fuel is used, battery maintenance is not done on time, the oil, antifreeze and water levels are not completed periodically.
•  Products that are not installed in accordance with the user and maintenance manual are left out of warranty.
•  Faults resulting from the use of the product contrary to the items in the operating manual are not covered by the warranty.
•  Faults originating from the city mains, the user's own distribution panel or the electrical system are not covered by the warranty.
•  If it is operated for a long time with a load higher than the Continuous powers specified in the Generator Catalogs and if it is operated at powers lower than 50% of the Prime power specified in the catalogs, the warranty is left out of warranty.
•  Warranty is void in case of malfunctions resulting from the use of materials not approved by the manufacturer, and repairs, maintenance and adjustments made by unauthorized services and persons.
•  Faults caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, storm etc. are not covered by the warranty.
•  The warranty is void if the serial number of the product or the parts on it has been changed, its power has been tampered with, modifications other than original fabrication have been made, or if it has been tampered with.
•  Damages and malfunctions that occur during transportation and unloading after the delivery of the product to the consumer are not covered by the warranty.
•  If the generator is replaced without the approval of GENPOWER JENERATÖR, the warranty will be void.
